My Journey…

I’ve been dedicated to the field of wellness since 2008, supporting individuals across the lifespan—from age 5 to 82—on their path toward healing and growth. Since 2014, I’ve worked as a master’s level clinician in a wide range of settings including residential care, outpatient treatment for co-occurring disorders, correctional facilities, in-home family therapy, and group work addressing domestic violence, anger, codependency, and trauma. I’ve also had the privilege of leading expressive arts workshops and working with veterans and justice-involved individuals.

After years of serving others, I made the courageous decision to start my own private practice. It required me to overcome personal doubts and fears about stepping into my full potential—but doing so has deepened my commitment to helping others reclaim their voice and worth. I bring not only clinical experience but lived empathy, creativity, and a holistic, faith-informed perspective to the work I do. This is more than a profession—it’s a calling rooted in compassion, healing, and the belief that every person’s story matters.
