Eligibility: Massachusetts residents only
Length: 6 weeks
Group Size: Max 10 participants
Session Length: 75–90 minutes
Platform: HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
Facilitator: Angelynn Lindor, LMHC (Licensed in MA)
Insurance Accepted: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield
Self-Pay Option: Available (limited spots)
A brief clinical intake is required to ensure this group is a good therapeutic fit.

🌱 What You’ll Work On
Each session includes clinical psychoeducation, guided reflection, and therapeutic skill-building.
Focus areas include:
Understanding codependency and attachment styles
Emotional awareness and regulation
Boundary-setting without guilt or shame
Breaking cycles of self-abandonment
Strengthening identity and self-worth
Building healthier relational patterns
Faith-based reflection may be integrated gently and respectfully, honoring individual beliefs and comfort levels.
📅 Start Date & Scheduling
Start Date: To be determined
Because this is a closed therapy group, sessions will begin once all participants have completed the intake process.
After enrollment is complete, participants will receive a brief scheduling poll to determine the most supportive recurring day and time for the group.
Saturday mornings are a preferred option, though the final schedule will be based on overall group availability.
Participants must be able to commit to a consistent weekly time for six consecutive weeks.

This is a therapy group, not a workshop or drop-in support group
The group is closed—no new members will be added after week one
Confidentiality and consistent attendance are required
This group is not appropriate for individuals in active crisis or requiring a higher level of care (referrals provided as needed)
